Buying a license gives you only the rights described in our Beat License Agreement at https://inbenjaminwetrust.com/beat-license/. It does not transfer ownership of any copyright. Any use of a JG Benjamin beat without a valid license, including use of tagged previews, is copyright infringement.
2. Reporting Unlicensed Use of a JG Benjamin Beat
If you find a song, video or other content that uses a JG Benjamin beat and you believe it is not licensed, please tell us. Email info@reecenben.com with the subject line “Unlicensed Beat Use” and include:
- a link to the content;
- the name of the beat, if you know it; and
- any other details that may help us identify the user.
We check every report against our license records and take action where the use is not licensed, which may include contacting the user, issuing content claims or sending takedown notices.
3. Verifying a License
Artists, distributors, labels and platforms may confirm whether a use of a JG Benjamin beat is licensed by emailing info@reecenben.com with a link to the content and, if available, the licensee’s order number. If you hold a license and your content has received a claim related to a JG Benjamin beat, email us your order number and a link to the content, and we will release the claim for uses within your license.
